Our Holborn therapy rooms are centrally located between the West End and the City of London. We are easy to get to from any part of the capital.

Once you get to us please use the ‘door code’ to operate the keypad then use the internal buzzer to let your therapist know you have arrived.

Arriving at City Therapy Rooms
When you make your first appointment with one of the therapists, they will send an email confirmation which includes our full address and some other useful information about your first session.
Coming for your first appointment
Please follow the instructions that your therapist will give you, City Therapy Rooms has a keypad to enter the therapy rooms.
Please be aware that if you ring the buzzer a little too early you may be disturbing the session immediately before yours, so it is best not to arrive until a few minutes before the session itself begins.
When you arrive at City Therapy Rooms
The entrance door to City Therapy Rooms is located on the pavement, you will be given the code to operate the keypad and enter the building.
Once you have entered through the front door you will see a second door with the intercom to the left.
Your therapist will give you instructions on how to buzz their room. Please only buzz the room that your therapist and you will be meeting in.
Once you’re buzzed in go through the door and take a seat in the waiting room, your therapist will come and find you.
