There are moments in life when we need time and space to think about and make sense of what is troubling us.
Whether you are dealing with a specific issue or crisis or have a more general sense of unhappiness or of being stuck, therapy can help. Being able to talk about and explore your experience, thoughts and feelings in the safety of a supportive and trusted therapeutic relationship can lead you to a greater understanding of yourself and others and to living life in a more authentic and fulfilling way.
Integrative Psychotherapy with Rose Rociola
Your therapy
I provide a confidential, non-judgmental and supportive counselling space where we can safely explore together what has brought you to therapy.
I will be alongside you, interested in understanding your world and in getting a real sense of what it feels like to be you. We will work at a pace which feels right for you.
Your therapy will be unique to you and tailored to your needs and therapy goals. I will be attentive to what works for you so I can best support you.
My approach
I am an integrative, relational and trauma-informed therapist.
My practice is supported by several therapeutic models, drawing from psychodynamic, humanistic and attachment theories. As a relational therapist, I’m attentive to what we can learn from different ways of relating, understanding how these might have been shaped by close relationships and how they manifest now, sometimes in unhelpful ways. I work in a trauma-informed way and I pay close attention to how trauma, tension and unexpressed emotions manifest in the body.
Who I work with:
I work with adults in one-to-one weekly counselling. My practice is diverse and inclusive.
